If One Grows, We All Grow | We All Grow Summit

"If One Grows, We All Grow", wow! What a grand and powerful statement made by the Latina Bloggers Connect, "We All Grow Summit" Brunch in Brooklyn this past Sunday.  The love and support of fellow Latinas filled the room as we all got to know and learn from each other. Several mentors joined us as they shared their expertise and knowledge, so that we may grow beyond the limitations that we may put on ourselves. The mentors included Emmelie De La Cruz of The Branding Muse, Enid Hwang of Pinterest, and the honorary Latina, President and Founder of Carol's Daughter, Lisa Price.

I snagged this two piece from Zara last minute for under $40. It was so comfy (I had to do some walking so comfort was a MUST), but form fitting and event appropriate.

To my left is Nadia of @NacStyles, directly behind me is Suzy of @Suzys_Closet, directly behind her is Hiliana of @HilianaDevila and Melissa of @Melissa_SweetStyles. All of which you should all go follow! Brooklyn is always a good idea, but on this particular Sunday, it was a GREAT idea! Learned so much and met so many inspiring women. My biggest take away was to honor my story. We all come from different backgrounds and struggles but we all have a voice and a story to share. Speak up and don't be afraid to embrace your flaws and mistakes. One day, that'll be your story to tell.
